The last few years, Middle-Eastern designers have been broadening the womenswear market with modern & contemporary designs. This season, look to Bahrain-born label Noon by Noor, as founding designers Shaikha Noor Rashid Al Khalifa and Shaikha Haya Mohamed Al Khalifa unveil a fresh collection at New York Fashion Week – expect nothing less than relaxed elegance of exquisite tailoring.

The colour palette featured eye-popping neon pink in head-to-toe bold colour looks and atomic yellow highlighting separates.
Looking towards their home country Bahrain, for historical, traditional and even nature-drawn inspiration, this season the design duo looked to Bahrain’s starry night sky (think midnight blue tones and galactic-like embroideries) for a subtle twinkle. The Fall ’18 collection stayed true to the label’s aesthetic, seeing a signature combination of masculine shapes and feminine details. The design duo fused a contrasting effect focusing on a structured yet draped tailoring aesthetic complemented with contrasting luxurious fabrications and delicate details.

Sleek and romantic silhouettes are found in the lustrous bright coloured dresses and soft, airy chiffons. The collection further includes oversized stylish suits paired with knitwear (hello versatile styling) to comfortable eveningwear where the finale dress, adorned with embroidered embellishments, elucidated the narrative.
