Although the new year is a fair number of weeks away, we’ve already embarked upon our journey to a healthier lifestyle. From trying out different workout classes to finding the perfect workout gear (Inava Pavani here’s looking at you), we’re trying to curate the ultimate fitness experience for both ourselves & you. Thus, we are more than excited to share our new favourite London fitness destination – Core Collective.
Tucked away behind the hustle & bustle of High Street Kensington, this fitness hub encompasses a number of exciting classes, the sweetest instructors, a cool vibe & the perfect kitchen (Vanilla Mylk is our ‘go-to’ smoothie). Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself with a bit of TRX or unwind with power yoga, here are 4 reasons why we think you need to visit Core Collective ASAP.
1) The Community Feel
Dedicated to its community feel, each one of the Core Collective instructors are helpful, kind and much like a friend who’s helping you on your journey of growth. This coupled with a great vibe & a contemporary aesthetic (the Bradley Theodore art work makes for some great Instagram content) truly makes Core Collective our new home.
2) Variety of Classes
One of our greatest struggles with workout studios is that they often only one specialised workout, leaving us with less versatility. With Core Collective, we have a range of class options that can help us both build up resistance or unwind. From Mat Pilates to TRX & Circuit, Core Collective has us completely covered (although we must say, we have a soft corner for Lift + Row).
3) Taster Pack
At £60, Core Collective’ ‘Taster Pack’ is the ultimate deal. For those of us who aren’t fully sure on which classes to join & what to expect, this 5-class pack enables first-timers to visit Core Collective and try out a variety of the classes. Challenge yourself, enjoy & workout, all whilst enjoying a great offer.
4) The Ultimate Kitchen
There’s nothing we love more than a great smoothie after a good workout, and with Core Collective’s selection of smoothies we get an array of some excellent options. Beyond our favourite smoothies, Core Collective is home to a fully functional kitchen, providing some great healthy alternatives to help you fuel up.
