The arrival of a new season means a new pair of sunglasses, so we couldn’t possibly be talking about the upcoming summer without mentioning the perfect pair of sunnies to add to our collection. Ever since we discovered Dior’s ‘So Real’, it’s been a real struggle to find another pair of sunglasses which we love so dearly. Hence, we were super excited when one of our favourite Swiss concept stores, Rush & Co, introduced us to the coolest, sunglasses brand, Freda Banana. Founded in 2014 by New-York based designer Alexia Jane Hebet, Freda Banana has quickly become synonymous with playful & vibrant aesthetics, incorporating some of the most fun pieces (and we absolutely love it!).

The brand’s latest offering for SS17 has instantly captured our attention, gaining major creds on our wish list. Amongst our favourite models are the ‘Guaca’ (The pearl detailing is super cute!), the ‘Vic’ (an interesting mix of vibrant blues & red) and the ‘Nas’ (definitely our favourite for it’s bridge detailing).
