Friends & designer duo, Farah Yasser and Hanna Hazem, launched their mini-bag brand Les Miniatures online in 2016. Now a year later, they’ve acquired incredible success in the form of prominent press recognition & successful pop-ups (the Zamalek event with Coterique was uber-cool). Incorporating innovative designs & an urban aesthetic, the contemporary accessories label is winning the hearts of style connoisseurs across the globe (including Team Amanqi).

Last season Les Miniatures did not fail to impress with their ‘Minimalist’ collection of simplistic yet statement designs. Beautifully dyed suede fabrics and detailed metallic handles gave the bags an added wow-factor, which we could simply not resist. Complemented by ‘Mother of Miniatures’ (a line of bigger bags with the same aesthetic and design principles), each one of Les Miniatures’ collections is a collaboration with various artisans & local Egyptian talent. Introducing a line-up of statement pieces season after season, Les Miniatures also regularly design capsule collections, with more limited edition pieces.

 

 

Adorned with the label’s signature metallic tip handle & chain, ‘Fleurette’ gives us one more reason to add a Les Miniatures piece to our handbag collection.

 

Their recent ‘Fleurette’ collection incorporates semi-circular silhouettes, which instantly add an inventive versatility. The vibrant pop-coloured leather (we simply can’t resist the bright red) ensures that none of your #OOTDs will ever lack that extra oomph factor.
