Fuzz Not Fur: Ethical Luxury At Its Best

Building upon the universal appeal of faux-fur, Fuzz brings a range of coats, jackets and gilets that have a timeless appeal in classic shades of khaki, navy and silver grey.

Recognising the increase in the growing level of consciousness burgeoning within the fashion industry, Geneva-based Nadja Axarlis founded Fuzz Not Fur with the idea of creating an elegant but ethical alternative to fur; with a cruelty free ethos at heart. Dedicated to creating a product of the highest quality, Axarlis sources the finest imitation fur from the Northern France, and the collection is then produced and finished in a specialised atelier in Paris. All other elements of the Fuzz garment, from the lining to the buttons, are sourced within Europe, giving the product an ultra-luxe finish.

The label’s AW18 collection is the ethical embodiment of imitation with the use of materials that mirror the likes of sheared mink, rabbit and lynx. Proud to be 100% faux fur, the words ‘Je Suis Faux’ are spray-painted across the back of the ‘Oh My Deer’. Some of the pieces we’re currently coveting from the collection are the ‘Dark Knight’ (we’re all about its dramatic collar) and the tailored ‘Ice Swan’.
