After having found so many designers creating the perfect everyday wear (think Hala AlBassam, Alayna and SH Studios), we’ve been searching for something a little more avant-garde. That’s when we rediscovered a brand we had fallen in love with at the beginning of the year, Dima Ayad, who recently introduced their 2017 Capsule Collection. Heavily inspired by all things outer space, the collection boasts of the most one-of-a-kind, statement pieces.

Working with metallic hues of silver, blue and pink as well as shiny, unique materials, the Dubai-based designer has created a line truly evocative of the Milky Way. Although it’s impossible for us to choose just one favourite, we’re dreaming of styling the shimmery blue, lurex two piece, worn together for an effortlessly elegant nighttime look, or separately to tone it down.
