Inside New York’s Pinkest Restaurant

We won’t be surprised if you’re headed here on your next trip to the Big Apple.

Established in 2016 by the creative Pietro Quaglia, New York’s Pietro Nolita is centred around the Italian diner ethos; all with a New York touch and pink accents. Popular amongst the fashion set and Instagram lovers (Who doesn’t love a bit of #PlantsonPink?), the bubblegum pink interiors instantly create a statement and are complemented by the greenery of house plants and vintage copper tins.

Extending beyond just the interior, Pietro Nolita’s menu also offers hints of pink in the form of pink cocktails (totally Instagrammable) and more pink desserts in the future. Incorporating classic Italian touches to the menu, this light and scrumptious meal transports you to an afternoon or evening at a traditional Italian restaurant, with all the makings reminiscent of the fine cuisine. We won’t be surprised if you’re headed here on your next trip to the Big Apple.
