Through a glamorous collection of gowns, cocktail dresses and elegant jumpsuits, ‘Exposure’ paints a picture of an everyday warrior, fortified with allure and confidence. Featuring rich embroidery and regal opulence, KOJAK creates a dramatic collection, highlighting the strong fighters in the KOJAK clan. The colour palette ranges with browns, mustard yellow, deep layers of gold and a hint of green and the fabrics include hand-embroidered lace, tulle and crêpe; making every piece in KOJAK’s SS19 collection is a gilded armour.
Statement jewellery featuring, headpieces, earrings, bold necklaces, hairpieces and bracelets adorn this collection. Some of these were partly sourced from India, whilst some were created as a collaboration between KOJAK and Egyptian jewellery designer Menna Khalil. Symbols such as a sword are featured in the accessories to hint at power and a constant readiness for daily battles.
