London’s Best Workout Studios

With the new year coming up, we all have our fair share of resolutions ready in the making. From accomplishing career goals to ticking off items on our bucket lists, the resolutions’ list is one which is never-ending. Amongst many things, many of us always look at the new year as a way to embark upon a healthier lifestyle. From cleaner eating to working out more, fitness is most certainly a key trend with Team Amanqi this year. Having spent a significant portion of 2018 working on fitness collaborations, we decided to draw up a list of our favourite workout studios in London. Read on to discover London’s ultimate workout studios (you don’t want to miss out on any of these).

1) Psycle

What do you get when you combine an high energy workout with some great music? A ride at one of the Psycle studios (we’re honestly obsessed). Combining a classic spinning class with the mission to empower, Psycle is a workout studio dedicated to optimising individual fitness and well-being. Offering barre, strength, yoga and ride, Psycle is the ultimate workout to start the new year with.

2) Core Collective

One of our favourite things about this workout studio is the variety of classes on offer. From a session of power yoga with Minnie (most certainly a favourite) to an intense Life + Row class with Paddy, Core Collective has something for everyone. With a community feel, all-encompassing kitchen (you have to try the ‘Vanilla Mylk’) and stellar studios, we won’t be surprised if you feel you’ve found your second home. Having recently opened another studio in Knightsbridge, start your new year with Core Collective’s taster pack.

3) BXR

Tucked away in the heart of Marylebone, BXR is a luxury boxing gym. Keeping boxing at its core, BXR also offers a variety of other workout options from strength & conditioning to circuit training and combat discipline (‘Climb to the Beat’ is our absolute favourite!). With options to workout in groups or undertake personal training, we won’t be surprised if you find yourself becoming a regular at this luxury gym.

4) Barry’s Bootcamp

The OG intensity workout, Barry’s Bootcamp is undoubtedly one of our favourite workouts in London. Keeping it classic with intervals and strength training, the bootcamp set-up makes for an undeniably impactful workout session. Whether you opt for the full body workout or a double-floor session (something we’re often guilt of), you’re bound to leave feeling energised, with the perfect smoothie in hand (we 10/10 recommend ‘AB&J’).
