Contemporary womenswear brand, It’s Thym, was born to reflect the contemporary woman and her persona; strong, powerful yet soft. Thym’s brand identity narrates a feminine, playful yet polished and sophisticated tone to associate with the attributes of the spirited and dynamic present-day woman.
The Lebanese label specializes in the eveningwear category and offers a wide range of pieces, comprising of lavishly embroidered gowns, slinky cocktail dresses, exquisitely tailored jumpsuits and pantsuits further providing a contrary influence of femininity for the modern-day, modish woman. The label has been spotted on Lebanese social media influencers, Lana El Sahely, Nour Arida and Karen Wazen, whereby all three influencers use their clout to redefine what it means to be a woman in today’s modern day.
The design house presented its first collection for SS16, bringing together influences from Mother Nature in its works; incorporating soft and bold colours, surprising and eclectic details and striking form. Every collection denotes innovation in design, couture techniques and fabric as well as attention to detail and exceptional tailoring, creating dynamic one-of-a-kind pieces.
Their most recent collection for AW18, most definitely entertains the eye with a unique interplay of texture, material, colour and embellishment. The collection embodied flowy silhouettes and clean, structured lines along with standout prints, embellishments and incorporated patchwork embroidery setting the sharp, strong yet playful theme of the collection.

The Thym Journey
Thym: I design for The contemporary women; who is simple and minimal, but powerful. I wanted to create a modern brand that is soft and strong at the same time – to reflect her personality.
My journey has been interesting, amusing and challenging.
