With wardrobes full of different jackets & blazers (they’re perfect for layering), we’re constantly on the look out for exciting new outerwear styles (tweed & denim jackets, bombers & capes included) that we can add to our ever-growing collection. Recently, we came across one contemporary luxury design label with some of the coolest jackets we’ve ever seen; Hindamme.

Established in Riyadh by founder & designer, M. Khoja, Hindamme is the Arabic term for ‘something which exhibits perfect harmony’. Inspired by amalgamating traditional eastern culture with western modernism, Khoja aspires to create pieces which are universally versatile, particularly incorporating elements of his own cultural heritage (the inclusion of the traditional tribal pattern, ‘Sadu’, is beautiful). Keeping in mind this fusional element, the result is a line-up of luxe & vibrant ready-to-wear pieces, which we just can’t seem to get enough of.

Although the label is only in their second season, Khoja constantly demonstrates a flair for design & a knowledge of textile. For this second offering, Hindamme combines the iconic & traditional ‘Sadu’ into unique pieces. Researching back to the origins of the woven textile print, the designers has added a ‘Rock Chic’ vibe with the inclusion of a vibrant colour palette (think midnight blue, sage green & classic black) & contrasting luxe textiles (including silks & soft velvets).

Our favourite piece: the navy blue velvet bomber jacket with glittering details (perfect with any laid-back ‘white tee & distressed denim’ ensemble).
